၂၀၁၅ အထွေထွေရွေးကောက်ပွဲတွင် ရွေးချယ်ခံ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်အကျဉ်းကို ပြည်သူ့ လွှတ်တော်၊ အမျိုးသားလွှတ်တော်၊ တိုင်း/ပြည်နယ်ဒေသကြီးလွှတ်တော်နှင့် တိုင်းရင်းသားရေးရာဝန်ကြီးအလိုက် မြန်မာ၊အင်္ဂလိပ် နှစ်ဘာသာဖြင့် စုစည်းထားပါသည်။ Indicator များအတွက် အဓိပ္ပါယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုချက် (Codebook) ကိုလည်း မြန်မာ၊အင်္ဂလိပ် နှစ်ဘာသာဖြင့် ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။
ဦးစွာ အချက်အလက်များကို The Asia Foundation (TAF) က ပြည်ထောင်စုရွေးကောက်ပွဲကော်မရှင် (UEC) မှ ရရှိခဲ့ပြီး Microsoft Excel အဖြစ်ထည့်သွင်းခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို႔႔နောက် ပညာအလင်းပွင့်မြန်မာ သုတေသနဖောင်ဒေးရှင်း (Enlightened Myanmar Research Foundation - EMReF) မှ ဘာသာပြန်ဆိုပြီး Microsoft Excel အဖြစ် ထည့်သွင်းထားပါသည်။
ဇယားတိုင်များ၏ ခေါင်းစဉ်များနှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်လောင်းများ၏အမည်များကို EMReF မှ ဘာသာပြန်ထားပါသည်။ သို့ရာတွင် မြန်မာအမည်များ၏ အင်္ဂလိပ်စာလုံးပေါင်းကို စံသတ်မှတ်ထားခြင်း မရှိသည့်အတွက် အများစုအသုံးပြုသောစာလုံးပေါင်းကို အနီးစပ်ဆုံး အသံထွက်ဖြင့် EMReF မှ အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာသို့ ပြန်ဆိုထားပါသည်။ တိုင်းရင်းသားကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ၏ နာမည်များပြန်ဆိုရာတွင်လည်း EMReF မှ ဂရုတစိုက် ပြန်ဆိုထားသော်လည်း ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များကိုယ်တိုင် ပေါင်းဆိုသော စာလုံးပေါင်းနှင့် ကွာဟမှုရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။ နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီများ၏ အင်္ဂလိပ်အမည်များကို ၎င်းတို့ UEC တွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်စဉ်က အမည်ကိုသာ အသုံးပြုထားပါသည်။ ကိန်းဂဏန်းများနေရာတွင် သုညများ၊ dashများ၊ ဖြည့်စွက်မထားသည်များကိုလည်း ယင်းအတိုင်းပင်ထားရှိပါသည်။ EMReF သည် ရွေးကောက်ပွဲပြီးပြီးချင်း UEC မှ ထုတ်ပြန်သော ရွေးကောက်ပွဲရလဒ်များကိုသာ ဘာသာပြန်ထားခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲအပြီး ကန့်ကွက်လွှာအမှုစာရင်းများ၏ ခုံရုံးစစ်ဆေးမှုရလဒ်များ နှင့် ပါတီနာမည်ပြောင်းခြင်းများကို ဤ Dataset တွင် ထည့်သွင်းပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းများ မပြုပါ။
မှတ်ချက်။ ။ ဘာသာပြန်ဆိုထားသော ကိုယ်စားလှယ်လောင်းများ၏ အမည်များကို ပြင်ဆင်လိုပါက [email protected] ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ ဤ Dataset သို့မဟုတ် Dataset ၏ တစ်စိတ်တစ်ပိုင်းကို လေ့လာဆန်းစစ်ချက်များအတွက် အသုံးပြုလိုပါက UEC၊ TAF နှင့် EMReF ကို အသိအမှတ်ပြုပေးရန် ပန်ကြားအပ်ပါသည်။ TAF နှင့် UEC သည် ဤ Dataset ၏ မူပိုင်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
The demographic data of elected candidates in 2015 Myanmar General Elections in English and Myanmar are attached here. Data are prepared for Pyithu Hluttaw, Amyotha Hluttaw, Region/State Hluttaw and Ethnic Affairs Representatives. A codebook in Myanmar and English is also included.
The Asia Foundation (TAF) obtained the data from the Union Election Commission (UEC) and prepared in Microsoft Excel format. Enlightened Myanmar Research Foundation (EMReF) then translated tables and data from Myanmar to English and prepared in Microsoft Excel format.
EMReF translated the title names of each column and names of candidates. Since there has been no standard in English spelling of Myanmar names, EMReF tried to spell the names of candidates, their fathers’ and mothers’ names based on conventional English spelling of Myanmar names and pronunciation. Although EMReF had taken caution when translating names of ethnic candidates, they might not be the same as the ones spelled by candidates themselves. Parties’ names in English were taken from the “Political Parties” list from UEC, registered by political parties during party registration period. Certain non-conventional education are written in English based on their Myanmar pronunciation to maintain their original meaning. Zeroes, dashes and blank cells in the Myanmar PDF files were kept as they are. Please note that EMReF prepared this dataset based on 2015 Elections Results by UEC. Thus this dataset does not include changes in result after dispute tribunals and changes in political parties’ names.
