၂၀၁၃ ခုနှစ် မတ်လ (၃၀)ရက်နေ့တွင် ချင်းပြည်နယ်လွှတ်တော်မှ ပြဋ္ဌာန်းလိုက်သော ချင်းပြည်နယ်စည်ပင်သာယာရေးဥပဒေ ဖြစ်သည်။ အခန်း (၁၉)ခန်းနှင့် ပုဒ်မ (၉၃) ခုပါရှိသည်။ စည်ပင်သာယာရေးအဖွဲ့ ဖွဲ့စည်းခြင်း၊ ကော်မတီဖွဲ့စည်းခြင်း၊ ကော်မတီ ၏ လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များနှင့် လုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့်များ၊ အခွန်စည်းကြပ်ကောက်ခံခြင်း၊ ဘဏ္ဍာရေး၊ တားမြစ်ချက်များ၊ ပြစ်ဒဏ်နှင့် ပြစ်မှုများအပြင် စည်ပင်သာယာရေး လုပ်ငန်းများကို ဖော်ပြထားသည်။
It is municipal law approved by the Chin State Hluttaw on 30th March of 2013. It includes 19 chapters and 93 articles. It discusses municipality formation, committee formation, duties and authority of the committee, taxation, finance, prohibitions penalties as well as municipal services.
