၂၀၁၅ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲတွင်ပါဝင်သော ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ၏ မဲရလဒ်များကို ပြည်သူ့ လွှတ်တော်၊ အမျိုးသားလွှတ်တော်၊ တိုင်း/ပြည်နယ်ဒေသကြီးလွှတ်တော်နှင့် တိုင်းရင်းသားရေးရာ အလိုက် မြန်မာ၊အင်္ဂလိပ် နှစ်ဘာသာဖြင့် စုစည်းထားပါသည်။ မဲရလဒ်စာရင်း၏ indicator များအတွက် အဓိပ္ပါယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုချက် (Codebook) ကိုလည်း မြန်မာ၊အင်္ဂလိပ် နှစ်ဘာသာဖြင့် ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။
မြန်မာစာဖြင့်ဖော်ပြထားသည့် PDF ဇယားများနှင့် အချက်အလက်များသည် ပြည်ထောင်စုရွေးကောက်ပွဲကော်မရှင် (Union Election Commission-UEC) Website “http://uecmyanmar.org” မှ ရရှိပါသည်။ ပြည်သူ့ လွှတ်တော်၊ အမျိုးသားလွှတ်တော်၊ တိုင်း/ပြည်နယ်ဒေသကြီးလွှတ်တော်နှင့် တိုင်းရင်းသားရေးရာ အလိုက် စုုစည်းတင်ပြထားပါသည်။
အင်္ဂလိပ်စာဖြင့်ဖော်ပြထားသော ဇယားများနှင့် အချက်အလက်များသည် ပညာအလင်းပွင့်မြန်မာ သုတေသနဖောင်ဒေးရှင်း (Enlightened Myanmar Research Foundation - EMReF) မှ ဘာသာပြန်ဆိုပြီး Microsoft Excel အဖြစ် ထည့်သွင်းထားပါသည်။ လွှတ်တော်အလိုက် ပြည်နယ်နှင့် တိုင်းဒေသကြီးအားလုံး၏ ရလဒ်အချုပ်စာရင်း နှင့် ပြည်နယ်နှင့်တိုင်းဒေသကြီး တစ်ခုချင်းအတွက် ရလဒ်များကို Excel Sheet နှစ်ခုဖြင့် သီးခြားဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။ ဇယားတိုင်များ၏ ခေါင်းစဉ်များနှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်လောင်းများ၏အမည်များကို EMReF မှ ဘာသာပြန်ထားပါသည်။ သို့ရာတွင် မြန်မာအမည်များ၏ အင်္ဂလိပ်စာလုံးပေါင်းကို စံသတ်မှတ်ထားခြင်း မရှိသည့်အတွက် အများစုအသုံးပြုသောစာလုံးပေါင်းကို အနီးစပ်ဆုံး အသံထွက်ဖြင့် EMReF မှ အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာသို့ ပြန်ဆိုထားပါသည်။ တိုင်းရင်းသားကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ၏ နာမည်များပြန်ဆိုရာတွင်လည်း EMReF မှ ဂရုတစိုက် ပြန်ဆိုထားသော်လည်း ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များကိုယ်တိုင် ပေါင်းဆိုသော စာလုံးပေါင်းနှင့် ကွာဟမှုရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။ နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီများ၏ အင်္ဂလိပ်အမည်များကို ၎င်းတို့ UEC တွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်စဉ်က အမည်ကိုသာ အသုံးပြုထားပါသည်။ ကိန်းဂဏန်းများနေရာတွင် သုညများ၊ dashများ၊ ဖြည့်စွက်မထားသည်များကိုလည်း ယင်းအတိုင်းပင်ထားရှိပါသည်။ EMReF သည် ရွေးကောက်ပွဲပြီးပြီးချင်း UEC မှ ထုတ်ပြန်သော ရွေးကောက်ပွဲရလဒ်များကိုသာ ဘာသာပြန်ထားခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲအပြီး ကန့်ကွက်လွှာအမှုစာရင်းများ၏ ရလဒ်များ နှင့် ပါတီနာမည်ပြောင်းခြင်းများကို ဤ Dataset တွင် ထည့်သွင်းပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းများ မပြုပါ။
မှတ်ချက်။ ။ ဘာသာပြန်ဆိုထားသော ကိုယ်စားလှယ်လောင်းများ၏ အမည်များကို ပြင်ဆင်လိုပါက [email protected] ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ ဤ Dataset သို့မဟုတ် Dataset ၏ တစ်စိတ်တစ်ပိုင်းကို လေ့လာဆန်းစစ်ချက်များအတွက် အသုံးပြုလိုပါက UEC နှင့် EMReF ကို အသိအမှတ်ပြုပေးရန် ပန်ကြားအပ်ပါသည်။ UEC သည် ဤ Dataset ၏ မူပိုင်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
The voting results of “Myanmar 2015 General Elections” in Myanmar and English are attached here. Results are prepared for Pyithu Hluttaw, Amyotha Hluttaw, Region/State Hluttaw and Ethnic affair representatives. A codebook in Myanmar and English is also included.
Tables and data in Myanmar are in PDF which were downloaded from the “Union Election Commission (UEC)” for 3 Hluttaws and Ethnicity affair representatives, retrieved from http://uecmyanmar.org.
EMR translated tables and data from Myanmar to English and prepared in Microsoft Excel format. For each Hluttaw, there is a summary result of all Regions and States and an excel sheet for the results in each Region and State. EMReF translated the title names of each column and names of candidates. Since there has been no standard in English spelling of Myanmar names, EMReF tried to spell the names of candidates based on conventional English spelling of Myanmar names and pronunciation. Although EMReF had taken caution when translating names of ethnic candidates, they might not be the same as the ones spelled by candidates themselves. Parties’ names in English were taken from the “Political Parties” list from UEC, registered by political parties during party registration period. Zeroes, dashes and blank cellls in the Myanmar PDF files were kept as they are. Please note that EMReF translated the Elections Results announced by UEC just after the election. Thus this dataset does not include changes in result after dispute tribunals and changes in political parties’ names.
