၂၀၁၃ ခုနှစ်၊ စက်တင်ဘာလ (၁၃)ရက်နေ့တွင် ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်လွှတ်တော် မှ ပြဋ္ဌာန်းလိုက်သော ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ် ဂုဏ်ထူးဆောင်လက်မှတ်များ၊ ဂုဏ်ထူးဆောင်ဆုပစ္စည်းများ ချီးမြှင့်အပ်နှံခြင်း ဥပဒေဖြစ်သည်။ ဆုအမျိုးအစား ခွဲခြားသတ်မှတ်ခြင်း၊ စီစစ်ရေးကော်မတီ ဖွဲ့စည်းခြင်းနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များ၊ ထောက်ခံတင်ပြမှုဆိုင်ရာ နည်းလမ်းများ၊ ရန်ပုံငွေထူထောင်ခြင်းနှင့် သုံးစွဲခြင်း စသည်တို႔ပါဝင်သည်။
Rakhine State honorary certificates and awards law was passed on 31st September 2013. It includes classifying awards, formation and duties of scrutinizing committee, means of recommendation, establishing and use of fund, and so on.
