၂၀၁၃ ခုနှစ် စက်တင်ဘာလ ၁၁ ရက်နေ့တွင် ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်လွှတ်တော် မှ ပြဋ္ဌာန်းသည်။ ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်အတွင်း မီးဘေးနှင့် သဘာဝဘေးအန္တရာယ် ပေါ်ပေါက်လာသည့်အခါ ဆုံးရှံးမှု နည်းပါးသည်ထက် နည်းပါးစေရန် အလို႔ဌာ ကြိုတင်မျှော်မှန်း၍ ရေတိုရေရှည် စီမံချက်များဖြင့် စီမံဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ ပြဋ္ဌာန်းခဲ့သည်။ သဘာသဘေးအန္တရာယ် ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်ရေးကော်မတီ အဆင့်ဆင့်ဖွဲ့စည်းခြင်း၊ မီးဘေးနှင့် သဘာဝဘေးအန္တရာယ် ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ၊ သဘာဝဘေးအန္တရာယ်ဆိုင်ရာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု ရန်ပုံငွေအပြင် အခြားပုဒ်မများပါရှိသည်။
On 11th September 2013, Shan State Hluttaw enacted the preventive and precautionary measures against fire and natural disasters law. This law was passed in order to carry out shot and long term plans for minimizing losses in times of disasters and fire outbreaks within Shan State. Articles such as forming natural disaster prevention committee, fire and natural disaster prevention activities, management of natural disasters fund can be found.
