In 2015, Sagaing Region Hluttaw passed 3 laws out of legislative list according to Article 188, the Schedule Two of the 2008 Constitution. They are
1. Museums and Libraries Law
2. Sale, lease and other means of execution of property of the Region
3. Small Loan Business Law.
