၂၀၁၅ ခုနှစ် သြဂုတ်လ ၁၈ ရက်နေ့တွင် ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်လွှတ်တော်မှ ပြဋ္ဌာန်းလိုက်သော တိုင်းရင်းဆေးဆရာများနှင့် တိုင်းရင်းဆေးဝါးထုတ်လုပ်သူများဆိုင်ရာ ဥပဒေဖြစ်သည်။ ဤဥပဒေ၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များအနက် တစ်ခုမှာ တိုင်းရင်းဆေးဆရာများအား မိမိတို႔၏ကျင့်ဝတ်နှင့် စည်းကမ်းများလိုက်နာနိုင်ရေးအတွက် ကြီးကြပ်ကွပ်ကဲနိုင်ရန်ဖြစ်သည်။ ဤဥပဒေအရ ပြည်နယ်အတွင်း ထုတ်လုပ်သည့်တိုင်းရင်းဆေးအားလုံးကို စာရင်းသွင်းရန်လိုအပ်ပြီး ထုတ်လုပ်သူသည်လည်း လိုင်စင်ရှိမှသာ မိ်မိတို႔၏ ဆေးဝါးများကို ထုတ်လုပ်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။ ကော်မတီဖွဲ့စည်းခြင်း၊ ကော်မတီ၏ လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များ၊ တိုင်းရင်းဆေးဆရာများနှင့် တိုင်းရင်းဆေးဝါး မှတ်ပုံတင်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းများ၊ တိုင်းရင်းဆေးဆရာများ လိုက်နာကျင့်သုံးရမည့် အချက်များနှင့် ရှောင်ကျဉ်ရမည့် တားမြစ်ချက်များ၊ ပြစ်မှုနှင့် ပြစ်ဒဏ်များ စသည်တို႔ပါဝင်သည်။
This is the law for traditional medicine practitioners and traditional medicine producers, which is passed by Shan State Hluttaw. One of the objectives of this law is to supervise traditional medicine practitioners for abidance of rule of conduct and disciplines. According to the law, all the traditional medicine drugs produced in the state have to be registered and the manufacturers must have license to produce their products. It includes articles on committee formation and its duties, registration as the traditional medicine practitioner and registration of traditional drugs, practitioners’ rule of conduct, prohibitions, offences and penalties.
